All of your needs are fulfilled at most extended stay lodging, you might not think so but it's just as good at the discount motels.During my career I have lived in a long term hotel very frequently because of my company being located all across the country. My company credit card takes care of most of the fees, although there are a lot of extended stay motels that are good cheap discount motels. On a recent trip I was in Los Angeles at an Extended Stay America Hotel. We were there for two weeks and their policy stated that I could bring a pet, which I will have to do next time.

The workout room and hot tub were excellent. What I think is the best extended stay hotel is the Residence Inn Marriot. I lived in it more than five occasions during my business trips and it has always been a very comfortable stay. They have very fine dining room for a long term hotel, and the deserts are some of the most delicious I have eaten.
