Miley Ray Cyrus is a very famous celebrity actor & singer in America. The very famous Hannah Montana pushed Miley to fame through Disney channel. This fame helped her further establish herself as an idol for all the teenagers. She then performed a world tour portraying her Hannah Montana character as well as herself Miley Cyrus the singer. This tour was such a big hit that it eventually turned out to be made into a movie. Her very first solo album "Breakout" was a huge hit commercially. She started her film career by dubbing for characters in animation films & later paved her way into filmdom."Stay" is such a beautiful song penned by Miley along with John Shanks. The lyrics of this song can actually get people teary eyes. The song starts off with Miley playing the piano singing to her love about how much his voice has made her day. If given just one wish, that would be to have her love by her side. She feels so lonely without him & she feels completely lost & empty without him. She frames her lyrics so beautifully by explaining how much more she loves him now, much more than she did before. Even a single day without seeing him would be so difficult but things would just remain the same. She need not see him every single day for things to stay the same. It will always be the same.
